An experienced Director/Sr. Manager who is passionate about Agribusiness and Horticulture. I developed new ways to manage people as well as leading projects and creating standards, with direct responsibility for day-to-day operation management. I’ve overseen Farms, Greenhouses and Departments, changing culture, creating communication channels and enhancing productivity and performance.
In the other side, Luis, is a lovely husband and father who likes to spend time with his family doing outdoor activities and travel around the world.
